No. 307271551), operating under the brand RefundV, is an independent, private cybersecurity research, blockchain analytics, and open-source intelligence (OSINT) consultancy. To ensure transparency and explicit compliance with applicable advertising and regulatory policies, we declare the following operational boundaries:

No asset recovery

We do not engage in financial fund recovery, cryptocurrency asset retrieval, or any active collection of lost assets on behalf of clients or third parties.

No financial or legal services

We do not provide legal representation, legal advice, claims handling, banking transactions, or any regulated financial services.

No recovery fees

We strictly do not accept payments, advance fees, retainers, or any form of consideration for the purpose or promise of recovering lost funds.

Independent status

We hold no direct affiliation, endorsement, or operational relationship with any third-party financial institution, regulatory body, or law enforcement agency. Any referrals or liaison conducted on behalf of a client are performed in an advisory capacity only.

RefundV provides scam investigation, prevention, and detection services, including but not limited to:

• Scam investigation and case analysis;
• Blockchain analytics and cryptocurrency tracing;
• Open-source intelligence (OSINT) research;
• Digital forensics and evidence gathering;
• Expert guidance on fraud prevention;
• Educational resources and scam alerts;
• Legal consultation referrals;
• Support in reporting to law enforcement.

Our services are designed to assist victims of scams and provide preventive education. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or the recovery of lost funds. Results may vary depending on the specifics of each case.

Section 04User representations and eligibility

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• All information you provide is truthful, accurate, and current;
• You will not use the services for any unlawful purpose;
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Section 05Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cybear Trace, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:

• Your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right;
• Any actions taken by you based on investigative reports or information provided by Cybear Trace.

In no event shall the total liability of Cybear Trace arising out of or in connection with the services exceed the total amount paid by you to Cybear Trace for the specific services giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Section 14Cancellation policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of investigative services, which involve immediate allocation of resources, initiation of investigations, and engagement with third-party entities upon commencement, refunds are generally not available once work has begun. If you wish to cancel a service, please contact us as soon as possible.

Section 15Term and termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use our services. We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

Section 16Force majeure

Cybear Trace shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, government actions, war, terrorism, pandemics, technical failures, or disruptions in telecommunications.

Section 17Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Israel.

Section 18Independent relationship

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to create any partnership, joint venture, agency, fiduciary, employment, or other similar relationship between you and Cybear Trace (Business Reg. No. 307271551). Each party acts as an independent contractor and has no authority to bind or represent the other party unless expressly agreed in writing.

Section 19Language

These Terms are drafted in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
